1. Our professional clinician Lana Todd will select an appropriate site, usually the deltoid muscle of the upper arm or the gluteal muscle of the buttocks.

2. The area is cleaned with an alcohol swab to prevent infection.

3. Lana will then draw the prescribed vitamin solution into a sterile syringe, ensuring no air bubbles remain. The needle is inserted at a 90-degree angle into the muscle, and the vitamin is injected slowly.

4. Once the injection is complete, the needle is withdrawn, and the site may be pressed with a cotton ball or gauze to stop bleeding.

5. The entire process is performed with sterile technique to minimise infection risk and ensure proper delivery.
